The internal processing time of a refund claim may take at least 48 hours, after which our Customer Support team will be in touch with you about the status of your request.
Once the refund request has been accepted, it may take several days before your claim will reflect in your nominated account, depending on the payment type:
- Credit Card: The balance will be reflected within 7-14 working days
- Debit Card: The balance will be reflected within 30-45 days
Important Note: The total processing time is subjective to the respective bank of the user as well.
